I love my new mini PC. It works excellently and is a great price. The seller helped me on a weekend with a small issue I had and I am thoroughly impressed with their responsiveness. I plan to recommend this item to friends and family.

Perfect for school
This PC is great if you're only using it for school, online shopping, or anything small. I tried playing a 2gb game, and it was having trouble processing. It isn't a gaming PC, but I wanted a game to play for the heck of it. If you are looking for a Mini gaming PC, I recommend the GMKTec.

Nice!
Needed to upgrade my full sized tower computer. Love this device. Easy to transfer apps and data. Had to get USB disk drive, upgraded speaker and a separate storage drive for backups. Great price point. Great small footprint.

So far, so good!
Had it for only a week but it has been great so far. Fast set up to start with and boot up since. Wish it had a USB-C port for expansion but I should have noticed that before ordering.

WOW
I really was skeptical of this at first, but after ready the reviews I decided to buy it. After a bit of trouble transferring my files from my old pc to this new pc (my lack of computer IQ), I am totally loving it! First off it has Windows11 pro (although I'd prefer Windows11 home). But the 2 things I'm impressed the most is it's space saving size and complete speed of this little pc. I don't do gamming, so everything I need it for, it's fantastic. And on top of that it's a very good price as well. It's less money than for a refurbished pc with windows10. All in All its a great product!

Happy with the pc and support
I am happy with this pc. Loading Windows 11 was straight forward. Had a problem with the wired audio output andKamrui email support responded with me several times to resolve this issue.

Product Not as Specified
The mini PC tower delivered to me did not include the specs listed in the description. The processor is different. It is god awful slow in running any program and downloading anything. I am unable to make myself the administrator on the machine, and there is a user account listed as unknown with full control that I am unable to remove. Extremely disappointed. I am also unable to confirm that it came with the memory upgrades that I paid for.

Great computer...even better customer support
I initially purchased this Mini PC in February 2024. It is very lightweight and takes up very little real estate on my desk. Setup was super easy.In February of this year 2025 the Mini PC stopped working. I contacted the support department and was assisted by Chris. He explained step by step how to return the PC for a replacement and he was very communicative during the process. He answered all my questions and even followed up with me once I received the replacement Mini PC to ensure it was working correctly. The replacement is working well and I have had no issues. I really appreciate the quality customer service from Chris. This is a company that stands by its product. Would definitely recommend this Mini PC.
