Why did you choose this product over others?:This stuff delivers exactly what it promises. The ABE pre-workout gives me a clean, noticeable boost of energy and focus that kicks in fast and actually lasts through my whole workout. The “Energy” flavour is surprisingly nice, not too sweet, easy to mix, no weird aftertaste.I really like that it doesn’t make me jittery or leave me with a crash afterward, which has been a problem with some other brands I’ve tried. Pumps feel great and I can push harder without burning out too early.If you’re looking for a reliable pre-workout that fires you up without overdoing it, this is a winner. Will definitely keep this in my gym bag.

I tried the sour apple flavor, and it tasted amazing – definitely a refreshing change from typical pre-workouts. I like adding some ice to it before I drink! The quality felt good too!The dose is a bit higher than what I’m used to, so I did experience the classic “tingles,” but it wasn’t uncomfortable. It worked quickly too! After taking it, I noticed a clear boost in my performance – more energy and focus during my workout. It really helped me push through my sets. I was able to even add extra sets in! Worked amazingly. Overall, I’m very pleased with this pre-workout and will definitely be repurchasing as it’s worth your money!

My favourite go to brand for pre workouts. Received a free sample of this flavour in a direct purchase fron A.N. Has a bit more zip/kick to this flavour than some others for some reason. Great taste great price so throughly recommend a try.

PROS:- Good as always (Applied Nutrition are absolute elites)- The variety of flavours are crazy good- The niacin flush/tingles, beta alanine makes me feel on top of the world and isn't too overwhelming- Tub size is perfect and the graphics on the tub are professional looking and straight to the point- for £20 it performs like it's a £50 - £60 pre workout (Higher price doesn't always mean better though)CONS (My experience with an open mind):- Somedays i feel the effect of the pre workout and somedays i can't (full scoop too) but i will still get the tingles which is why i still rate it 5 stars because the tingles make me ready for more workouts :D- Somedays the tingles do get a little too much and makes me nervous but it's not harmful (unless you are stupid enough to have over 2 scoops) but i've learnt that some of the ingredients in this pre can actually help lower cholesterol too :)It's a good pre in fact, one of the best and the amazing price!!!WARNING/ADVICE FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE HAD REALLY BAD NEGATIVE SYMPTOMS USING PRE!!I have seen some reviews about this pre and the cheaper one from Applied Nutrition and other brands that they claim to have had some shocks, bad anxiety attacks and crazy red face symptoms whilst taking pre workouts, my advice to you is even though you think you can handle it, getting shock symptoms/ huge anxiety attack is completely concerning and your safety is paramount! It is your responsibility to know what you are putting into your body and PLEASE re read the ingredients over again until you know what can trigger the problem <3 Pre workout and overconfidence do not mix! Take care!!

Using for years now on subscription, great taste but pretty sweet so bare that in mind.It's a real placebo but the menthol-ice after taste definitely makes you feel like you are breathing better

Great stuff definitely recommend try not dry not dry scooping as most likely will though great tho great price I have a high stimulant tolerance and these work remember caffeine overdose isn't fun lolGreat just like all abe products don't overdo it though it has a ton of betalinre can be unfortunately uncomfortable but imo too pre would not accept anything less fromAbe

Honestly, it's okay. For it's price it's decent, kind of what I expected apart from taste. This flavour has been hyped up on socials quite a lot but I personally found it pretty average, maybe even sub-par. The energy boost is alright, I do feel it but it's not a crazy kick like some of the other ones I've had. However, the pump with it was pretty good and felt pretty good. The breathe easy technology feels like a peppermint, it does work but not for long.Overall, it's easy to scoop and use and gives a good pump with okay levels of energy. I would recommend this to anyone starting out at the gym if you're able to get it on discount, it's not too bad. The packaging is nice and pretty high quality.
