Easy and Effective
Take a moment to learn how to use this inflator bag and it’s very easy and effective. Blows up my Klymit Static V Luxe Long Wide pad with just a few pumps.

Worthless
To inflate had to put in front of fan. Got it so I wouldn't have to breath into my mats or pillows, yet their advise for inflating is to blow into it to start or induce inflation. Have both neither work as described still needed to us my vacuum to inflate. The size and premise is counter intuitive for light weight backpacking will have to save up for better sleeping pad with a smaller more effective blow-up system that I have seen. Size, weight and just poor design make this for me a senior with health issue including lung issues unable to use if this designed as a carry sack for the pads or pillows it might be worth it but as is its a useless piece of fabric. With the amount of fabric they could have made a useful product, with a single purpose that it doesn't do it'll end up in the circular filing cabinet with the rest of the trash. Amazon doesn't allow a negative review but this needs a -1 not a one star. Amazon wants everyone to believe they only carry the best which 97% of the time they do but here the supplier failed but we still can't list a negative review and hurt their image. Its not their product its a suppliers and if they don't want negative reviews listen to the customer and on products that have a high rate of negative reviews and don't post them on their sites. Klymit has great products have been sleeping on their air mattress for three years love them but not this product.

Not just for Klymit; Good for old hands
Styles: push/pull and flip valvesI got two of these inflation bags.PUSH/PULL VALVEMy favorite car-camping pad is an older REI CampBed 3.5, which is a pretty big pad. It is supposed to be self-inflating, but I've always had to top it off. Sometimes I needed to use it before it had time to self-inflate.I always worried about how much moisture I was putting inside the pad. This was especially so on cold days. I could feel the pad get softer as the body temperature air inside cooled to ambient temperature.Turns out the Klymit push/pull valve is an exact fit for the older REI push/pull valve. As a bonus, the push/pull attachment includes a one-way valve, so the air doesn't push out from the pad each time I reopen the filling bag.Now when I top off the REI pad it stays at the same level of firmness (until the ambient temperature drops a bunch :) )FLIP/VALVEI also got the flip valve bag for my just-purchased Static V Luxe Extra-wide. I did not like all the moist air going into my old regular Static V insulated bag. I really did not like the idea of putting even MORE moist air into a brand new bag.I had misgivings about the shape of the bag. I wanted to be able to use arms instead of hands to squeeze air in. Older hands are picky about that sort of thing.I needn't have worried. The long, slender bag makes it so that each roll of the bag is less effort on my fingers. Think of it as using a long lever with the fulcrum very near the load. Lots of "leverage." But I can still squeeze the bag under an arm if my fingers get tired.Like others, I find I need to blow across the top of the bag to "encourage" air into the bag. The physics of this bit ensure that for a very small addition of warm, moist breath I get a much larger volume of ambient temperature and humidity air. I DO find it easier to use standing up, but since the bag does not need to be really FULL to get a useful volume of air, I can work inside a tent if I need to. I found a little arithmetic helpful in thinking about this. An average adult male has a lung capacity of about 6 litres. Doing the match on a bag that measures almost 5 feet long by 9 inches across gives a maximum possible bag volume around 24 liters. Klymit claims 18 liters (I suspect they exclude over a foot of roll closure from their volume calculation.) Even if I can only get about 1/3 of the bag completely full with air I still have the same volume as an average adult mail single breath. In practice I found this slightly faster for me than blowing directly into the sleeping pad.Even though this claims 18L of volume, I find I don't need this shape to store anything I want in my backpack. Fortunately, this bag rolls very nicely around my Klymit pad and fits inside the Klymit pad sack.

It Works!
It will work to inflate you Klymit mat. It’s very long and I like that it clicks on the push-pull valve of mat and found that that it was quite secure. I tried to inflate my mat several time and grew frustrated like the other reviewer. I could only get about 12 inches of air trapped to push into the mat. It was ridiculous. It took me many tries and I was about to give up and was trying to get it to fit back into the original packaging when a I saw the very small pictographs on the bottom. What I saw was one of the pictographs looked like he was standing and blowing into the bag to help inflate it. Epiphany! I stood up and lightly blew into the bag, rolled the top, and I was able to trap about 3 feet of air and squeezed into the mat!I have the Staitic V Luxe that is much larger than the regular mat. It took me about 5 bag full to pressurize the Luxe to where I like it. Thus saving a lot of breaths!I would suggest shortening the pump just to make it more useful. I plan to roll the top down like one would up your sleeves and see how that will work. Currently, you will have to inflate outside your tent, especially a backpacking variety. I think the secret is to keep the pump vertical to keep the side from collapsing if you don’t, I don’t think it will workI was able to roll down the side to make the bag shorter for my sone to use. It worked, it just took him more times to inflate.Overall a good design I had a hard time to find anything that said it would work ona Klymit pad..

You feel foolish
I can't imagine you would ever look cool using this. It is a mediumish size green plastic bag that you literally CATCH air in and then you try to attach it to the valve on the mattress while also trying to stop the air from escaping. You then roll it and cry silently while a tiny part of your air mattress struggles to inflate with your ineffectual rolling. It is, however, more useful when you sit back and watch your husband catch air and release it into the air mattress while he curses.

Nutzlos

poor deashing
to long, the idea is not to get moister into the mattress. you still have to breeze into the bag to infelt it.
