Not for gaming
Lag results in unplayable live games. I could survive with 4k 60 but the lag here was appaling, even in the gaming mode. Dropping to 1080p was only slightly better but still unplayable. After coming from the standard 120hz @ 4K on Xbox & LG C1, this was awful.Brightness was just ok for the price if you toggled a few switches but it introduces it's own issues when watching live strams looking glitchy when the processing can't keep up.Sound was ok but easily maxed out, and distorted at the low end.Picture size can be 120" and look really good in the evenings watching the euro 2024 has been an experience, but i think it'll be this size on a tv for the best experience.I couldd happily send this back and may yet.At the end of the day for the price vs a tv of similar size ..the tv would win. The lag and brightness are not strong enough for this price.

Nice picture but dead pixel after 28 days
Epson think it’s ok to have up to 5 dead pixels before they will sort it out, i think that is unacceptable, and dead pixels can spread. If you can appreciate the detail that 4k gives you then even a single red pixel on a black scene stands out a mile. Also no support for iplayer/itvx or netflix and only 2.4g wifi. The built in android is not upgradable and is next to useless. I wouldn’t recommend this projector, amazon saved the day with their return policy so this unit has been replaced with an awol of almost the same price, much better, wifi6 and all the above channels work fine as it comes with a 4k fire stick that is tucked out of sight.

Needed repairing after one week!
After purchasing this projector, and using it for a week, it stopped working and needed sending off for repair. Still waiting for it to be returned.

A good idea but flawed design.
This Projector is Large, also a pain to get perfect image, and at anything over 33% light output is noisy. The fans aren't obtrusively loud but you will notice it in quite moments whilst watching a film, etc. In anything but a light controlled room, you will have to bump up brightness and with that is noisy fans. For the £3k asking price the remote is truly terrible and cheap. I wanted to like this UST projector but for me it had to many issues to warrant the expense.Actually returned mine after a few days use as it didn't suit my needs, bought a 85 inch TV which is far more impressive in contrast, sharpness and is quite.
