Solid and strong scooter
This E-scooter is an awesome deal. I’ve done research for few months to look for the idea one for occasional commute before I finally locked onto this one. For a start, it’s very solid . Definitely not one of those toy-type scooters. The size of this scooter is nearly as big as those commercial ones for renting. It fits a male adult easily. As a matter of fact it could easily fit both my husband and my kid on it without a problem. I’m pretty impressed with that.On the power side, it runs fast and strong. With a similar price range, this one beats the other ones that I’ve been researched from Costco, Bestbuy, etc. Those are usually equipped with 300W to 400w motors. It could easily hit 18 mph. I do not recommend to ride too fast though out of safety concerns. There are two levels of speed you can choose ( by pressing the + or - button) : low and high. We use the low level speed because it’s hard and unsafe to ride on city roads too fast .As for the duration of the battery , like most of electric bikes/ scooters, it would slow down a little bit if you ride it on high speed without a break for many miles in a row. Manually scoot little bit here and there can help the battery life in my opinion. Finally I want to talk about the flexibility of this scooter. It can easily be folded and carried around. On this respect , it offers more convenience than my electric bike. However , it’s quite heavy. Be prepared when you want to lift it up . Btw, the little hook is a genius design. It can be used to hook onto the rear when folding the scooter and it can also be used to hang a small bag or stuff when the scooter is in standby mode.So far we are pretty satisfied with this scooter. Just wish it could be equipped with an APP function.

In the entry $200-500 range, this is the one.
You know how every product has a sweet spot for price and value at a particular tier? Cheap out and you get garbage, but you don't want to overpay or buy something beyond your use case. Find the right thing and spend the right amount and you get a quality product that does exactly what you want at a price you feel good about, and does it quietly and reliably without fuss. This is one of those stories.Got this on sale for ~$400 with tax. Had previously tried a Hiboy S2 ($300) and a MAXSHOT V1 ($200) which are basically the same scooter in terms of specs but the Hiboy has better build quality. Both of those scooters are a rough ride, have jarring and weak brakes respectively, and have 350w motors that just didn't handle hills or rough terrain well with my 230 lbs on them, and struggled to get up to speed given the slightest incline. This one blows them out of the water. It's smooth everywhere but the sidewalk bc of the constant cracks and it doesn't have rear suspension, but the front suspension does a great job of absorbing the impact of small obstructions and terrain transitions while providing more stability. The brakes were well tuned out of box and feel gentle but firm and effective. The 500w motor and what feels like better tuning make acceleration smooth and consistent regardless of the conditions I've put it through so far. The larger/wider tires and wider platform make the ride an order of magnitude more comfortable. The build quality is fantastic, it feels very sturdy and the wires have a coil around them to tidy them up so it looks clean and well thought out. Unfortunately I can't speak to the range yet but I'd expect it to be within spec considering how well it delivers on everything else. This is a thoughtfully designed product and it shows, hat's off to the brand. While stepping on the previous scooters mixed a little apprehension with the excitement, this just offers confidence. By comparison, this is a vehicle and the other scooters are toys. For the price point, I don't think you can get a better scooter. If you're already looking for something budget ~$300, I'd implore you to stretch a little further and get this, you won't regret it, but you will regret anything inferior. My wife couldn't get comfortable on the previous scooters so I convinced her to try this one for a night out while I used an old one, and the contrast was stark. It paid off because I bought another for her when we got home and we look forward to riding together when it gets here. If you're eyeing this one and you don't want to jump up another tier to ~$6-800 (spoiler, the difference in this range is likely a similar story), no reason to look further, this is it.

Fast, Smooth, and Perfect for Daily Commuting
I couldn’t be happier with my Hoverfly X3/X5 electric scooter! From the moment I unboxed it, the build quality impressed me. It feels sturdy, well-made, and built to handle daily use. The foldable design is great for commuting since it’s easy to store under a desk or in the trunk of my car.Performance-wise, this scooter is pretty powerful. The 500W motor delivers smooth acceleration, and the 20 mph top speed makes getting around the city quick and fun. I can comfortably hit and maintain speed without any wobble, and the solid tires combined with the double suspension system make for a surprisingly smooth ride, even over uneven pavement and small bumps. The battery life is excellent, depending on terrain and speed, I can easily get close to the advertised 18–25 mile range on a single charge. Perfect for daily commutes, errands, or just cruising around.I also really appreciate the built-in electric code lock, which adds extra security when I park it outside. The walk-assist mode is a clever feature too, making it easy to maneuver when I’m walking it through crowded areas or up ramps.Setup was simple, and everything worked right out of the box. It’s portable, reliable, and fun to ride. If you want a high-quality, dependable commuter scooter with solid speed, range, and comfort, this one’s an excellent choice.

Best electric scooter that I have ever owned
I purchased the Hoverfly electric scooter model X5 couple weeks back and I am loving it everyday. The package was really good. It’s got excellent power of 500W and it’s super sleek and sturdy. I haven’t ridden hills side yet but sounds like it would be a breeze, tried on bumpy roads, side walks and golf carts roads and it’s smooth and solid. So far the battery life seems great, I have gotten to almost 25 miles with one charge. I am mostly using it everyday for 7 miles from home to school and back. The tires are really solid and no issues with flats yet.one more great feature is the electric code lock and I set my own code and keeps at school bike/scooter parking lot. I haven’t used the walk assist yet but I am happy that it is there so that I can use when battery drops. I would say that this would be the best scooter that I own till now and highly recommend to others.
