Very good cream - no greasy at all

Hands down constant repurchase. Amazing product. Almost no scent, does its job, hands look decades younger!

I’ve had this hand retinol “serum” formulation for a couple of months now. I’ve applied it sparingly, liberally, on completely dry hands, and on freshly washed hands. I’ve applied it to warm hands and cold hands. I’ve used it on its own in the evening, before bed, and I’ve applied it during the day, under sunscreen. I’ve tried to apply it as quickly as possible, and I’ve taken time to more thoroughly work it into my skin as effectively as possible. No matter what measures I’ve undertaken or how I’ve applied it, it pills and flakes all over the place.For years I’ve been a huge fan of Necessaire’s products. The original hand cream is still my all-time favorite for helping me really nourish and moisturize my hands, which have become drier with age and use. This new retinol “serum”, however, is a huge disappointing failure. I don’t understand why they’re calling it a serum because the texture is very much a white, whipped, creamy substance, like their hand cream, but that’s where the similarities end. The description states that it’s “Dermatologist-Tested”. It can’t have been tested under everyday, average use. Perhaps it’s okay as a spot treatment for someone who doesn’t need an application for their entire hands, but even with the slightest friction during a typical hand application, it ends up in messy, tiny pills/flakes all over your lap or on the floor instead of being absorbed into your skin.I noted in the title that there are over 60 ingredients in this 2.2 oz. tube that sells for $35.00. Retinol, one of THE weakest retinoids, is ingredient #12 on the full list. The #10 ingredient, Hydroxyethyl Acrylate/Sodium Acryloyldimethyl Taurate Copolymer, is not allowed to be included in cosmetics that remain on the skin if it makes up more than 3% of the entire formula. That should tell you that, at its really low 0.25% strength, there is very little retinol (which is definitely not Tretinoin) in the tube. And there are many OTC products that contain retinol at levels nearly four times that strong, or 1.0%.I’ll try to use it as a spot treatment on some pigmented areas in an effort to get some value from it, but please, please don’t waste your money on this product if you want a weaker retinoid (retinol) that will truly be absorbed into your skin, as a real serum should.

I have some hair & bath products from this line.Really don't think I noticed a scent at all.We try & use this a couple of times a week, so far itfading brown spots on arms & legs, I use on elbows, knees & wrinkly areas.This is new to us & I do hope it goes on sale , although I love Amazon money I can use from shopping eat whole food, it's incredibly cost savvy!BTW we live in AZ now since we retired & I try to use products that work for mature skin & extreme dry weather. Were in the low 100's already, wear sunscreen on every body part that the sun can get to your skin.(Even in your car)Namaste,Yoga Kat

I love this stuff! It is so great for arms and chest with sun damage, results will take a while to see but with consistent use it definitely makes a difference!

I like the lotion don’t get me wrong but I did not see any drastic changes by using it. It’s rather pricey to not see any changes. Love the thickness. The smell is ok it goes away quickly. I love that I can use this right after shaving and my skin doesn’t burn or react to it. That almost makes the purchase worth it as it’s hard for me to find lotions that don’t burn or agitate my skin after I shave.

This has been wonderful for my aging body skin. I love that it has retinol AND Glycolic acid. Both super anti aging ingredients. I've seen improvement with time.One thing about anti aging ingredients is that it takes time but you can see the improvement!

I have used the all bottle.the description of the product is limited to 0.1 % pure Retinol-is this enough to get a result?-, aha, peptide, glycerin and vitamins but when you check the entire ingredients, than it is a different matter particularly with some products not being safe for long use. what about isoparaffin? yes, they used in many cosmetic products but i am reviewing this one.final thought; not worth for the price.better castor oil for results and price.
