I bought this product mainly use for postpartum recovery! After giving birth I need exercise to recover my pelvis, for all the moms out there, I highly recommend this product! I waiting for a months to write this review is because I actually used it and it helped me recover! My ob said this is a good to way to recover the pelvis!

I like it but it loosens up on screw … Hard to tighten it

First, the instructions are INSIDE the plastic bag, INSIDE the box. After you get the entire contraption out and read the instructions, they tell you to press the handles on both sides to carefully remove from the box. Well, too late for that. Woulda been nice to read that somewhere, like, I don't know the OUTSIDE of the box.But no damage done.Then comes the assembly. Attach the blades to the arms using the spring, screws and washers provided. Easy enough.Then the instructions say "4 resistance adjustments can be made by pulling the blade upward." Does pulling it upward increase or decrease resistance? We don't know. They don't tell you, so you'll have to guess.And can you just loosen the screw a bit to move it up and down? Oh no, no, no. The screw is so sort that loosening it enough to move the blade means the whole thing comes apart. So you'll have to choose the setting you want and re-screw everything back together again.The calorie counter tells me I've burned 21 calories after just six reps. That's just plain silly. So use the counter for the number of reps, but the calories burned calculator is bogus. It's not pure garbage, but it's also not high quality. I think 3 stars is about right.

Great resistance. Light weight and easy to use.

If I had bought a thigh master back in the day, I wouldve kept it. They just dont make things like they use to. This may work for people with thighs that they molded the product from, but everyone is a different shape. I couldn't get it to stay in place. It was either uncomfortable or kept slipping which ruined my rep count. I love me some duct tape so maybe that's what it's missing. It's adjustable, but to a point as if it was just adjusting for how tall you were....not shape of thighs. Would not recommend. My teenage kids have fun with it joking around so that's why I gave it 2 stars because it provided comedy.

It is well-designed, small and compact, and perfect for my daily life. It helps to work out thighs, buttocks and calves. It is all perfect to choose this tool can be my daily exercise.

The product I received was already previously open. You could tell that the package was put together and used before and then returned, and so there was missing parts.
