The bag was full of dust as was my money that paid for it!When I tried to contact Amazon to get a refund or replacement they said the product was not eligible for return.

Hard, dry, dusty
Bought this for my rabbit and her baby.As alfalfa contains high level of calcium I thought this would be great for my rabbit as she just gave birth and need calcium to produce milk. And the baby rabbit can also eat it when they are wean. The bag is relatively ok size but the hay is super dry and hard. The texture is more like straw than hay. The leaves are all broken into small pieces. Not very appealing at all. I was hoping some kind of soft greenish hay.Mother rabbit will eat them but I will not give them to the baby rabbit as it just seems far to hard and pointy.
