Great Price, Lightweight, Easy to Use!
Bought as a gift for my 14 year old for Christmas and she loves it! Little low on hard drive space so I ended up getting a fast external drive for her, but I didn't think she also want to play the Sims 4 on it (which it actually runs!)

Still runs good a year later.
Easy to use and runs well. I’ve had this one about a year and I’ve had no issues with it at all.

So far so good
I just got this laptop and on the first day it seems to be a good purchase so far. Very affordable for what you get in comparison to others. Speed seems to be good. It is lightweight, thin, and mostly easy to setup. You will have to disable the S mode it automatically has setup in order to download extra programs you want. The Manta SD card was missing, but Amazon Customer Service is great and already sending me one. I will update my review.

Disappointed... Slow processing speed
Forced to get a new laptop because of audio system incompatibility with new Windows in my last laptop. Pleased with this HP laptop's design and the specs (on paper) especially with the SD card reader. However, extremely disappointed in this whole S mode business, which is a Windows thing not unique to HP, so I had to switch out of it to download apps that I usually use (including MICROSOFT Teams! I don't know why that's not "safe" for S mode). Processing speed is very slow, even with only one Internet browser open. I can no longer multitask on Zoom meetings because the audio starts to cut out and lag when I switch windows. I also had a lifetime Microsoft 365 subscription, but I was unable to transfer it to this laptop (again, general Windows issue). Moderately disappointed with this laptop given the positive reviews but I will manage...

🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲 Best HP laptop I have purchase
I purchase this laptop around august of 2024 and I was alittle afraid but this is one of the best choice I have ever made. This is working great and I love it. Definately purchase this guys. I also purchase the 16 ram with 256 storage space.

Great Value. Easy to set up
Great value for this robust laptop by HP. I was very impressed with how easy it was to set up. I am 61 years old and can be challenged by technology. Surprisingly, I was able to completely set up with all of my accounts in three hours. The HP laptop was half the price of my old laptop I purchased in 2019. I am thrilled and highly recommend.

Laggy and Buggy
They sent me the wrong computer. I paid extra for more space, but they sent me the one with less space. So be careful about that. The computer lags often even though it has 16 ram. Google docs often breaks: freezes, refreshes, lags, turns on caps, other things. It's a fine cheap computer, as I needed one asap. I use it for school, but unfortunately it can't have too many tabs open at once (which is annoying because thats why I got this one, but isn't efficient).Don't bother gaming, it can't even run roblox or else the whole computer will crash.Overall, super laggy and buggy. No light on keyboard. But good cheap computer if you need one asap.I want my money back as I paid 300 for 16ram and over 200 of space, but I got around 100 space. Also the screen quality sucks, hurt my eyes for the first week of using it
