VonHaus Rattan Corner Sofa Set – Large Conservatory, Garden, Patio Set With Cushions, Armrests & Glass Top Coffee Table

Firstly the sofas arrived with everything but the 50 washers required to put the furniture together, which as we anticipated putting it together for guests coming the following weekend was really upsetting. Customer services were very unhelpful basically saying they could not send the required washers as a seperate item why ever not was never really explained and only offering us 2 other options which were not very helpful. 1. was they would refund us £10 for the washers [whoopee] 2. we could pack everything up in the original packaging and send it back, clearly a ridiculous notion when everything is already unpacked to check if it's all there! So we had "no choice" but to pick option 1 which left us out of pocket as we live in a rural area and had to buy the washers from the internet and pay expensive postage to get them quickly. Part one of the corner unit and the coffee table went together like a dream, however the second section of the corner unit was a nighmare that did not fit at all. To the point where my husband had to employ lots of his own tools not to mention much more time and effort to succesfully finish the job. While the product is satifactory in general we had an issue with the coffee table as the glass did not stay in place on the suction cups as the anchors were set too far in from the table edges. My husband rectified this problem by removing the suction cups and repositioning them on the edges of the table which provides better grip. Overall our experience has been unsatisfactory and very poor from a customer service viewpoint.

I have had this product two weeks now and already the cushions are all dipped where you sit so is the actual rattan itself. You can also feel the bars when you are sat down. It’s not had huge amounts of use as it’s only my 8 year old daughter and I who are not big people. The product no longer looks new and fresh but looks a few years old. Very disappointing.

Arrived with glass tabletop in a million bits. Numerous holes were at least a cm out when aligned I had to re drill 2. On the stool part 2 boot holes won’t align at all!! (See picture). Very little support at all on the seated part of the sofa I personally won’t sit on it (6ft2 16stone) worth about £150 at most. Rarely leave negative feedback unless it’s really justified and with this product it is. The “ratten” weave is already breaking away after been used 3 times. Avoid!!

Couldn't fault delivery, was here before expected. Product is good, but a real pain to build. Disappointed that for the money I paid the amount of work that was involved. The holes didn't line up on one part of the sofa, and if it wasn't for the fact that I had built the sofa about 3/4 of the way I would of sent it back. Therefore I had to improvise slightly.That said the sofa and table look good now they are built.Lorraine Dawson

This came in 16 peices Just the sofa more with the coffee table. It was ok to put together. Took a few hours and two of the screws wouldn’t match so we could do anything about that. I think the cushions Could of been thicker for comfort x I have given 4 stars because it looks nice or it would of been a 3 Star x it came before time and kept me well informed with a email in the day and tracking sent by seller x

Lovely plush sofa, really pleased with the quality and lovely modern grey colour, well made and easy to put together. The delivery was delayed due to supplier selling out hence the 4 stars but worth the wait. Love it.

Great sofa set to compliment garden patio. Took a while to put together as some of the holes were not lined up but managed in the end with a little patience. It's quite low to the floor but overall a great purchase for the price and delivery very efficient with 2 hour delivery slot confirmed. Same furniture sold at other stores for 399 so great value. Overall very happy with my purchase.

After little bit of delivery issues( been very well sorted by emailing with costumer service) we finally got our sofa.It's look absolutely lovely and it's good quality. Not take long time to put together.Thank you
