They are for 1:18 scale crawlers, but they're only a few bucks, so try em out. You could probably cross reference sizes though to find out for sure. I know the hole to attach the shaft is a d-shaped hole.

Any idea if these will work with the K10 High Trail?

I use them on my K10 Monster Truck build with 59mm INJORA shocks. It's at their limit, but functional. I think INJORA just came out with a stainless steel version, specifically for the K10, on their website.
