Like that really kept grandchildren. who are comfortable in the water but can’t swim yet, safe. Of course we were always with them. I would say if looking at fits waist size that if at lowest size the belt even at tightest will ride up but it didn’t bother 6 year grandson. Very good alternative to water wings that no longer fit.

Fits an adult
I bought this belt for a deep water class. The adjustable belt fits me, size 10, 140lbs and waist size 28”. It is comfortable to wear. It does not provide as much buoyancy as other waist belts however for me who knows how to swim, it just makes me work harder in the water to stay afloat. I would think for a child it would not be an issue! Keeping it.

Very large!
This would actually be awesome for adults but the add specifically said kids- I purchased for my 6 year old and it was almost too big even for me! It’s definitely for adults.
