Good but installation takes too much time and technicians not available properly

You can use it only if you don’t use much water to take bath.It’s for single people as water capacity is very low.It heats very fast. It takes only 3-5minutes to heat water. But the quality is very less.I am using it for last one year and it’s working perfectly fine.

The product page states that free home service and free installation are basic and essential. Their website also mentions free installation, but when you download the Excel sheet, it says "No." After raising an installation request, there was no response from their team-not even when I offered to pay. Worst service. No pipes were provided.----I'm updating my rating from 1 star to 4 stars. The installation team called after two days, but I had already hired a local technician for installation. However, the product didn’t work - no heat, and no green light glowing. I raised another ticket, but even Amazon didn’t help with the return request. I then opted for a free technician visit. The technician came and fixed the thermostat, explaining that this issue sometimes occurs during transit. Now it works.
