Easy to set up and lightweight!
This 2 person dome tent is perfect for any backpacker or hiker. It’s ultralight at only four and a half pounds. It fits all in a small bag no bigger than a backpack. The tent is super durable and compact. Set up is a breeze and only takes minutes. It comfortably fits two adults and has windows for quite a bit of ventilation. It’s a great little tent! Perfect gift for anyone who loves the outdoors!

Awesome tent
I really like this tent. Big enough for 2 wide sleeping pads , 4.5 lbs, quality aluminum pegs included, 2 doors , so far so good for my backpacking needs

Waterproof
I camp with my family every weekend year round and always looking for a sturdy tent that is waterproof. It's super easy to setup and plenty of room for myself and my gear. It stormed quite a bit at my last campout and I stayed perfectly dry.

Lots of pluses, a few minuses, a bit pricey
It’s #1 feature is its weight, a scant 4.4 pounds. It is easy to set up, made from quality materials strong poles and an easy 3 season but with inflatable sleeping mats and a candle heater you could infringe on winter a bit and be comfortable. With a thigh of only 37.5 inches wind won’t be a factor, but the interior has limited space so its really a one person with gear, or two athletic persons with gear outside. So it best use will be for hikers, more so than a weekend party tent. When I or5fdered this it was $219.99 and now is $179.99. Another $20 reduction and it would be competitive to market. Still, it checks most boxes so I RECOMMEND.

Small, overrated, overpriced
I'm an avid full-time camper who furnishes dozens of tents to scouts, families and the needy each year. I don't see the value in this geodesic tent. It's smaller and more costly than four season tents. I felt claustrophobic in it it's a lack of windows. The size is probably okay for a small adult couple and their gear, which we are not. So that much money I can get two 2-person tents that are bigger, have Windows, rain flies, porches and are rated for all for seasons.

Really waterproof and under 5lbs.
I think that with the $50 coupon this tent is an exceptional value. I weighed it at just under 5lbs. That is a good backpacking weight for a tent for two people, close quarters of course. There were no instructions, however if you have some experience it is pretty obvious how things go together. The shock corded poles snap into place and the high side of the tent is color coded red for the poles and the fly cover. The poles are quality light weight aluminum and should be treated with some care like easing each piece together rather than tossing them on the ground. The tent itself is free standing, a real advantage if you want to move camping sites. The fabric is light weight , the zippers run smoothly but probably won't last long if you don't pull the sides together before zipping. There is a door on each side, that's convenient with 2 people. The cross pole for the fly is a little unusual. The fly itself clips to the tent corners and covers the entire tent which is great in a rain storm but could cause condensation problems inside. There are two small vents in the fly that can be staked open to help with this.Features I really appreciate are that the seams are taped and the claim of waterproofed fly and floor proved out. To test this I left the tent set up for a couple of nights of heavy dew (almost rain) and there was not a hint of moisture inside. I also gave the fly and the floor a pooling test where I set them up over a plastic container and poured in enough water to create a pool and left it overnight. For both the floor and the fly no water at all seeped into the container. Actually, really, waterproof.I also liked that the lightweight stakes are an angled shape rather than round. Using these with the edges toward the tent will greatly enhance holding strength. In summary, I recommend this tent for a 3 season tent which is what the vendor claims. I do not think it is strong enough to withstand a winter storm. Note that it is lightweight and therefore will be damaged by rough treatment. And please remember to dry it out after each trip to avoid the rotten cheese smell, LOL.
