Should have been included
This stuff should have been included with the Elite Series 2 controllers.Yet, here we are.These components are made of metal, very high quality and come with a pouch. Way too expensive, but so are Elite 2 controllers. Extremely easy to replace and they look great.Primary reason I needed this was the fact I really dislike the default Microsoft plate-shaped left thumbstick and there are no dragonfly pads in the box with the controller.I replaced the plate-stick with the cross-pad sold with this kit and plugged in the rear pads.Shrug.

These look and feel amazing, I would definitely recommend if you are looking to add some color to your controller or just need to replace a broken or missing piece.
