i love it!
This is the best poncho that I have bought, good breathable material, totally waterproof, it doesn't gives excessive heat, and that I used it under the terrible tropical conditions of the humid forest of Costa Rica. The package arrived two days of those that had been estimated but arrived in perfect conditions.

Good for quite rainy days
It’s a solid product. Good quality, reasonable price. The only thing I don’t like about it is it’s impossible to use this rain poncho if there are strong winds outside. It’s perfect for quite rainy days, but wind makes a huge difference.

You will stay dry!
I wore this on a white water rafting trip down the Colorado River to keep the 45 degree water from pouring down my back. They were grade 8 (of 10) rapids that dumped what felt like 20 gallon buckets of ice cold water on top of my head. The hood was key. The poncho is made of a reasonably thick (but not overly weight-y) material - not like some that feel more like the cheap drop clothes from a paint store. This will definitely keep you dry. My only complaint is I could not get fold the poncho to fold back back into itself. So I just used the ziplock-type bag that the whole thing came in for storage.

Terrific rain poncho
Terrific rain poncho. Just what I was looking for. It goes on easily and does the job. Unlike many ponchos, I didn't feel like I was walking around in a tent.

Great value, so much better than rain gear!!
I love this giant poncho! It saved me during a very rainy day and night during a backpacking trip. The front pocket is very handy, and I ended up spreading it over my sleeping bag to keep in warmth. It’s very lightweight, love it!

It’s poncho-ey and looks and feels reasonable. I’ll update ...
It’s poncho-ey and looks and feels reasonable. I’ll update this review once I actually experience how it performs in rain.

Reviews Are Right!
You know how you read a review and you think, "Maybe that is just them and it will be different for me." Wrong! Reviews said that even though it was a "medium" it was plenty big enough and that was true--good so far! Reviews said forget about trying to fold it back up in the neat little pouch and that was true, too-bad! Reviews said forget about the front flap that was supposed to shield your eyes because it was too flimsy and, man, that was more than true (it falls down in your face!)--very bad. So that is my review out of the bag. The reviews also said that it works really well in the rain and I am booking on that being true, too, but will have to wait and see. In short, believe the reviews!

Good quality
Good quality, and the reflective tape on front and back is useful for me in the dark rainy day. Love it.

Worked well but repacking...
Great Poncho - did the job and keep the rain, snow and hail off. good size and the little lip on the hood came in handy, the buttons for the neck are a good idea and you need to use these to put on and take off. not sure the pocket was 100% water proof so just note this. great sixe to cover me and my 31L hiking bag. If I had one issue, it was repacking into the pocket that is attached to the poncho its self, great idea so you don't have to worry about another bag but trying to repack into it, is a challenge, not sure if a quick you tube video could help your customers with this. but other wise did what it was supposed to and worked without issue. sorry 1 last think, there is 1 clip to hold it together under your arm but it could use another a little lower as when its windy as all ponchos it flaps around in the wind.

High waterproof
Taking it with me on a vacation this summer. Easy to use and carry.

Decent - not the best quality
EDIT: The festival happened and was very rainy and muddy. Due to the length of the poncho, it got covered in mud- which I didnt mind. The poppers broke, and the pocket is not waterproof - so don't put your phone in there! The hood cap is pretty useless and I ended up tucking it into my hood as it had no use. It kept me dryer than I thought, and I do love the excessive fabric, however as I mentioned before, next year I'll be buying a poncho from an Army Surplus Store!Initial Review: I bought this poncho for a very rainy festival - and though that festival hasn't happened yet, there are a few things to note. This poncho is a big one. I'm 5"2 and it goes a little past my knees. It would very much fit over a large camping backpack - so good for those doing expeditions.I'm not the biggest fan of the hood. The cap part doesn't maintain its shape and is not very strong. I understand that this is for the poncho to be able to fit back inside of its pocket - however, I will be wearing it with the cap folded under the hood. The drawstrings aren't the best, and the poppers are not of high quality. UPDATE: the poppers broke when I took the poncho out of the bag.Don't expect to be able to fold the jacket back into its pocket neatly, just stuff it back into its pocket. The zip of which, seems strong.I thought the material would be a little thicker, though I trust that with a gust of wind, it won't be going everywhere due to the length.Overall, I would recommend you buy an army grade poncho.

Seems good, but massive.
I received this item and found it to be huge. In the hood space you could wear a helmet under and still have wiggle room, the actual poncho is also massive. I ordered a medium and am not a small person, it goes well below my knees, I wish I had a small! The material seems good and is very comfy. However, as with most ponchos, there is a couple of buttons that are extremely difficult to undo. These have actually tipped the fabric already and I’ve only just got it...
