I have stenosis of my lower spine and use everlasting comfort pillows all the time, and bring them with me. They prevent exasperation of my spinal issues and let me participate in everything. This wedge style is new to me, and I now use it in my car. The wedge front, being thinner than other models, makes sure my legs don't get crowded against the steering wheel and let's me stretch out my legs to meet the pedals. My husband, who doesn't have back issues, finds them wonderfully comfortable for long car trips. Also, at 6", the thinner wedge style doesn't raise him up too high to sit comfortably in the car.

I have several of these types of cushions. When I sit a lot or on long car trips, my tailbone still become sore even with those cushions. This one had a lot of good reviews so I tried it. I find it is better than any other cushion that I have

I do a lot of traveling and I am in my vehicle for sometimes after 10 hours driving cross country, or up north to my family, this cushion has made my vehicle seats so much more comfortable in my tailbone is not jammed into the seat. There’s a cut out for it and it makes my trip so much more comfortable.
