Stays put
I've used this strap on a few rides, so far it has worked. I have this strap holding a tube, tire irons and CO2 cartridge. The trails I've gone on are pretty rocky and I was hitting some jumps. The strap held on to my items and didn't move around on the frame of the bike. Just have the tube up against the frame, to prevent scratches and it helps hold everything. There is an inner strap that you want to use to hold everything. The outer strap goes around the frame.

Best Strap for the Saddle with a Dropper Post
Received the product today. I went out for a 12 mile trail ride in So Cal that was pretty rocky. This strap held into the saddle with my items. I had a tube, tire levers and CO2 cartridge. Easy to install. The quality is probably the best part. It’s sturdy with good grip/velcro. I can even hang my mtb with the strap attached to the saddle with the bike frame adapter.

Ride The Bull!
Strap yourself down and don't let her buck you off!Like most people I'm using this to tie down a tube.I had not thought of strapping down the co2 cartridge and others bits. I usually keep those under the seat in a fanny pack. If you were really desperate you could use several of these to strap yourself into the bike in order to complete a race. Not unlike the 1979 film Breaking Away...

This is the Mercedes of accessory straps on Amazon.
This is the Mercedes of accessory straps on Amazon. I generally look for good enough for half the price. This is high quality for full price (actually retail I think is closer to $12 ea). It would be great if they release a rockband lite at some point but I'm happy with the results. I ended up buying a couple more. They can slip on a tapered tube, so the other suggestion I would make is trying to put a piece grippy tread on the inside of the strap to prevent slippage. Otherwise good product.

Great price and strong
Way less expensive than other options and works super well. I use it to carry a 27.5 tube, crank brothers m19 tool, two tire levers, two co2 cartridges and inflator on my YT Jeffsy. Everything bundles up neatly in the inner strap and then the outer strap wraps around the downtube with plenty of velcro engaged. The rubberized straps keep things in place really well, it has never moved even in crashes and bouncing through rock gardens. Super happy with it, especially at this price.

Does what it says and doesn't move.
No frills, no nonsense.I got this to carry my innertube on my 2019 Trek Stache 7. That tube is a 29+ and is not small. Along with the tube, it can carry tire levers and a multi tool assuming you re-roll the tube and pack correctly. There is an inner loop (velcor) to hold the tube and whatever else you've got, then the strap wraps around your bike frame.Currently I'm only using it to carry my tube and it's great (I have a small pack I'll review later that sits in a bottle cage) and the primary strap has a rubbery side to it to keep it from sliding up and down my top tube. I've taken it several times into some wooded singletrack and not a single issue.I recommend this if you're considering going without a pack.

Holds only what I heed when going on a mountain bike ride
No need to buy "premium" gear straps from overpriced brands charging $17 or more! this Granite strap is less than $10, has an inner and outer strap to get a good hold of your tube and tools, and the materials and build quality feel really good. With the Granite strap I could safely store a 27.5" tube, two 16g cO2's, a mini tool, and a pair of mini tire levers underneath my MTB's down tube securely. Iw as going to spend over $20 for a different brand but I thought I'd try this inexpensive one first, and I'm glad I did - it might be inexpensive but it's not cheap. The Granite strap does the exact job I need and does it perfectly.

Solid strap...
Love it. Holds a tube, inflator, and 2 tire irons nice and solid. It would probably also hold an extra CO2 as well. I don't always wear a pack when riding...so it's nice to have a flat tire solution on the bike at all times in case my tubeless sealant can't handle the job.

Great product, reasonably priced.
Great piece of kit for carrying spares and tools, easy to use and very secure. Sits nicely on the flat underside of my aluminium gravel bike. I’m not a fan of saddle bags so the Granite saves pockets being overfilled. Would use it on longer rides or touring for a spare tyre, CO2 canisters and the likes.

Solid
Mates got me into riding trails and attempting jumps on my mountain bike. Saddle bag got ripped off in one of my many crashes so I tried these. They work great. Held a spare tube tyre lever and gas canister solidly for 3 hours of throwing myself and my bike down some hills. Including a few more crashes. They also hold battery packs for lights so we can be just as silly at night. So good I ordered more for my other bikes.

Can't be faulted!
Great bit of kit, can't fault it.Spare tubes can be quite heavy and bulky, so take up a useful space in my small riding bag, this is the perfect solution, and a much better price than a well know branded alternative.I did worry about how secure it'd be, but I've ridden some rough tracks and in thick mud, and I've had no issues.Turns out they also sell lots of other trick MTB parts too, interested to see what how good they'll be.

Brilliant solution for keeping a spare tube and tools on your bike
Cheaper than the alternatives, but very well made. Has rubber stitched into the strap to sit against the frame so won't damage paint. Velcro holds well.I suspect it might not cope with some mental downhill stuff but certainly fine for cross country trails and saves a bit of weight in the hip bag :)

Granite Rockband Carrier Strap
I did think that it was a lot of money to be spending on a velcro strap however I thought I would take a chance and I can honestly say it didnt disappoint. Very good quality strap with velcro that holds extremely well. I would recommend this product to anyone.
