This thing has saved my life my kids ears are always super waxy! Like huge solid chunks that I can't get out... This is super gentle and so effective! There's multiple settings and pressure but I found that using just the first setting was plenty strong enough to flush the ears. Completely pain free and easy to use 10/10 recommend!
