Super Quiet
Came with everything you needed including the hardware. Instruction were good. You could access help videos if needed but I did not have a need to use them. The door itself is super quiet in both directions, and what a surprise compare to the old one, Wow! The control buttons work good and you really need instructions for the set up. Not that it is hard its just a process. For example, instead of hard stops on the tract to control how far you raise or lower the door its all done with the controls on the unit. Again its not hard just a process that the instruction steps take you threw.

Work good for low price
Bought three of these for Polaris garage at ranch. 9’w x. 7’h insulated doors. They work good though they seem cheap. Been working a week with no problems.

Great opener and seller stands behinds his products
I bought 2 of these. Super quiet and smooth. However, one of them came with a bad remote. I contacted the seller for a replacement. We will see how they respond.The Genie is a very good opener. I would recommend itUpdate——-The seller issued a refund for the cost of a replacement remote.Honest seller. I would recommend! He stands behind his products!

New Genie garage door opener
We're in our 70's, took 2 days to install. Opener is finally working. It's light not as heavily constructed as the old Stanley which was installed in 1985. We'll see how long this Genie lasts. Be sure to install all parts including eyes. Everything has to be installed in order for the opener to work properly. Buy new wire what they send is cheap and useless. Also get new wire clips especially if you are attaching your wire( from the wall button to the motor) on sheet rock, the clips they send pull right out of the sheetrock. They're fine for going into wood, but otherwise useless. These are the reasons for 4 stars. Otherwise the motor is quiet and runs smoothly. So glad it's finally installed
