I really like this product and is inexpensive. The pastry tarts I made cooked very well and evenly. However, after cooking, the pastry stuck to the side of the tart pan, making it difficult to remove the baked tarts. Next time I will grease the inside edges and bottom of these tart pans prior to cooking. I would advise anyone buying these pans to do the same. If this had not happened I would have given a 5 star rating.

These are sturdy, well made and easy to use. They are perfect size for individual dessert servings. I highly recommend these. You will be satisfied with how easy these are to use. One thing to keep in mind is that you will need to put something underneath because of the removable bottom. If baking something buttery they will leak because they are not one piece. Not a defect nor does it take away for me, I just wanted to mention that this is the nature of items that have removable bottoms. Not sealed so take precautions. I use parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.

Update 1: Company sent me a new springform pan. I haven't used it yet and will update this review accordingly after I do. I did notice that the first pan came with as little packaging as possible, while the replacement came brand new in a box.Initial Review: This pan worked terribly for me. I have quite a few springform pans for my Instant Pot and this is by far the worst I've bought. When I went to clamp down the side, I noticed that the bottom part of this pan doesn't even fit snugly inside like a springform pan should, therefore any non-super thick ingredients just pour right through the sides. The description of being able to make a quiche in this doesn't come to fruition. For the record, I poured the same recipe in another springform and had no leakage, so it's definitely this product.

The product description says it's 1.4" deep. It's only 1" deep. I really wanted it to be a little deeper, that's why I ordered them. Not sure if I want to keep them.

Great for small batch baking.

This was my first tart pan and I was worried the tart would be hard to remove so I put oil on the pan just in case. Well, I don't don't think I needed to. It came out no problem at all. I wouldn't call it easy to clean because of the dimples, but no big deal.

I wanted to divide a pie recipe into two smaller pans. I researched the recommendations and 6” pie pans were the answer. I did find the tart shape isn’t t as deep as 9” pie pans and didn’t hold all the filling but I had extra dough and made about a half dozen small tarts and they all turned out well. I plan to use them with fruit fillings and precooked fillings. Great weight and easy to clean. Since the bottom is removable it makes a very attractive pie shell.

Unlike most Bundt cake pans I have seen this is the first that was cold pressed into its desired shape, meaning there is a seam on one side. The seam doesn’t affect the appearance of the cake if it’s frosted. The seam also requires it more attention be paid to cleaning. All that being said I’m very happy with the Bundt cake pan.
