Dungeons & Dragons Nolzur's Marvelous Unpainted Miniatures Bundle: Aasimar Male Fighter & Aasimar Female Fighter

This is a very cool kit to start your mini painting hobby... the Nolzur's line is very cool, with lots of options, and very good quality... as I am sure more have mentioned, even if the figure is primed and ready to paint, i would suggest giving it a wash with warm soapy water... One of the wings on the Male Aasimar was broken in transit, but the overall quality of the figures is very good!

Highly detailed miniature, scaling doesn't make hands and head look ridiculous. Minor mould errors (extra buildup on shoulder pad not correctable, probably not universal), sword warped a little in shipping (correctable) and wings weren't primed as the rest of the model (plus or minus depending on how you're painting the wings).Comes with bases, but you should buy bigger ones if you want to be able to fit any scenery

I really liked the detail, how they are ready to paint, and the price.

Very meh on these and this brand in general. The pose is fine and armour is fine but it's an enormous pain trying to get a brush in all the tight spaces. As usual with this brand whatever primer they slab on their product drowns out all facial features and it's impossible to do much of anything in that regard. If you use a thicker body paint, water it down because it will glob and obscure the finer detail already muddled by the factory primer.

Nolzur's is supposed to be the best company for miniatures and mine is missing the head! I couldnt believe it, thought, perhaps its a helmet? But sure enough, when I looked on the back, it was missing a head and the cape. I was dumbfounded!
