Content ok, format is outdated
In the modern world of smart phones this device is a bit of an antique. The touch screen is the old pressure sensitive touch screen type, that deforms when you press it. Don't expect the smooth and accurate capacitive touch experience of today's modern smart phones. The video size is limited to a particular format and the SD card slot accepts no greater than 2GB. The video and learning content is all in English with Arabic subtitles - so this device is more useful to an Arabic speaker wanting to learn English.If you want a serious portable reference dictionary as a learner of Arabic and not just a gimmick, I have used and recommend the BAS-1595 Arabic/English. Otherwise the Addawliah BAS-1875 looks the better equivalent option.

I am very upset that I paid full price for this machine and it arrived USED with scratches inside and out. Scratches were even inside where the batteries go and the keys are dirty from use.
