The original batteries for an old DeWALT drill and saw had died and OEM replacements are very hard to find. The VANON batteries (2) fit correctly, and run the drill and saw seemingly as well as the original. The batteries are holding charge well in storage. Also they charge on the original DeWALT chargers. Overall satisfied with the purchase.

These are very reasonable priced replacements for my original batteries. One thing is they have a tendency to slip out of receptacle in the drill because the hold down tabs are not tight enough. I fixed that problem by using strong rubber bands to hold them in place. Otherwise work very well.

These batteries don't last as long as some; but for the money, they last long enough. With the price as offered, you can keep a few charged up for longer projects.

So far so good. These batteries were much cheaper than the OEM batteries and seem to work just as well.

On a fresh charge, it completely lacked the power needed to drill a .25" (6mm) diameter drill bit through mild steel with an existing .125 (3mm) pilot hole!! The motor kept stalling (on the low speed high torque setting # 1) That's unacceptable. GOOD: The build quality is fantastic: equal to Dewalt in terms of mechanical fit, tolerances, latching, etc... Super impressive. Charges quickly. I wish it had power. Amazon listing features are confusing: it's Nickle Metal Hydride, but part of the feature table indicate "lithuim."

I found the drill with one battery in the dump, (FREE). The battery didn't charge. So I purchased 2 after market batteries, charged them, and I am good to go. Since it is small, it is very light and easy to use.

Do not buy! These are terrible. Charged both and went to work. You could tell the drill was not spinning as fast as soon as you turned it on. First battery lasted about 5 minutes. 2nd batter didn’t last 3 minutes. Absolute Junk!

I tend to go for long periods between projects. NiMh batteries just don't last long with me before they go bad. I like these and I like the higher Milliamp rating very much. I drilled 16 1/4" holes through treated landscape timbers and one battery did them all running low on the last one which it did finish. I will buy these again.
