A delightful bracelet bought as a present that did not disappoint. Marked 4 stars mainly due to some clarity needed on the Amazon page at the time of purchase.Love the fact this is hand made and is well presented in a gift box. No problems with quality, and having had several updates with Yvonne, rate the customer service highly too.The product is shipped from Malaysia. That wasn’t made clear at the time but would not have prevented me buying it. However the delivery was likely to be close to the present date so I opted for international delivery which was extra. However it arrived very quickly indeed, by air, and that was great. I believe this cost the supplier though so it may no longer be an option.I was also charged local import taxes a couple of weeks later. So in all, I paid maybe £70 for this, but feel I would have paid that.Yvonne and the team have learned from this too, but I’d like to thank them for their patience and their approach to ensure I got a good outcome.I would also like to make clear that you get the Bracelet as shown in the picture with the double loop, not the one with the extra link of larger pink stones. I’m happy with that but wanted others to have no doubt.Recommended and I would purchase from them again if I am clear what I am buying.
