Brother RQL-810W- (QL-810W) Ultra-Fast Label Printer with Wireless Networking White (Renewed Premium)

Easy enough to use, was a bit comfusing to figure out to connect to WiFi using my phone, mostly user error. I got it up running and it prints out labels great! Will be using this to print shipping labels. I did purchase a refurbished unit, but I'm sure it works just as well as a new one.

This is the second time, I received the wrong power adapter with this printer. The first time, I was told by Amazon to return the printer for replacement. The second one arrived with the exact same power adapter, which does not fit the unit. When I contacted Amazon, they recommended I reach out to the manufacturer. Brother support directed me to take the printer to their support center, and purchase the correct adapter. I should not have to purchase an adapter when the included adapter clearly does not fit the unit. I reached out to Amazon again, and am getting a run around. Both Brother and Amazon are dropping the ball on this purchase.

Like the additional features: black and red printing and wifi. Much more affordable than a dymo.

It is working well and was easy to configure with the help of app. Unfortunately there is no app for Linux. I wish it came with display panel to configure WiFi.

We have three of these we bought new and they work good but wouldn’t order refurbished again. Tried to save a few bucks. First thing wrong was the power supply cable was broken and frayed. It would have shorted out for sure if plugged in. Then I plugged the unit into one of the other’s working power supply and it doesn’t even power up. Complete dud. I mean how does this even make it out of the service center?

Do not expect Amazon or Brother to supply or provide a power cord!!
