FOOD MADE IN CHINA
Made in China - Buyer Beware. I was absolutely shocked to find out the Black Bean Fettuccine was made in China. There is nothing mentioned in the photos or the description on Amazon. I didn't find this out until I was reading every inch of the box when it arrived. Sorry, but I want my food to be made in the US or other comparable country. Also, I thought the product was made from black beans (per the title). It is not. It is made from black soybeans. These are very different from each other (especially taste).

Healthy and tasty!
Ok, so it's not durum wheat fettuccine. But if you're trying to limit your carbs and trying to boost your fiber and protein, you could do a lot worse than this product. The texture is a little more chewy than fettuccine, but it's just a different product. So far, I've used it to make a sort of alfredo, and I've used it with a peanut sauce. It's delicious.

great taste and texture
Tried the spaghetti version a while ago but this is much better, because you can be more creative with your cooking .. homemade tomatoes sauce and mediterranean tuna with good cheese: delicious

The product is exactly as described.
I avoid white flour food of all kind. So this was a wonderful alternative pasta. Very flexible as to it's use. The vendor was fair and responsive when I had an order issue.

Love this pasta.
Black bean pasta is our favorite non wheat pasta. We love the taste and consistency. No other vegetable based pasta comes close!

Technically black bean, but......
This is advertised as 'Black Bean Fettuccini' and I was expecting it to be made from - black beans - which are a recognized type of bean. What this is made from is black soybeans, which I do not want and indeed cannot eat. Plus this comes from china, which is another black mark against it.Terribly misleading advertising.
