I have been a nurse for 11 years & I am always saying nurses could write a book with the things people say. I recently had the pleasure of caring for an elderly patient who was known for saying some pretty out there things. On my first introduction with him I said hello & his response was, “I like sharks” with a big smile on his face. Another day he was sitting at the nurse’s station with us. When a staff member arrived for her shift he said there’s my sweetheart-she can be stubborn but she’s my sweetheart. Then he asked if she brought us any Patron! 😲😂😆 We all busted out laughing. I had a lady ask me how her dad’s “butt gas” results were once. That was a career highlight of mine! I let her know the results of his ‘blood gas’ testing, but it was all I could do to keep a straight face.This would be a great gift for any nurse or healthcare worker in your life. I highly recommend! Nurse’s Week is in May & Nursing Assistant’s Week is in June.

Wonderful book to write down funnies from work and interactions with patients/co-workers! I used to write down funnies on post it notes and always lost them. Nice gift too!

My daughter is a nurse practitioner and she loves this note pad for funny things patients say. May have to buy another one.

The inside is perfect having a spot for who, when, where, the date and room for the quotable part of the conversation. Mine arrived with a bend in the spine so that is disappointing and reasons for the deducted star. I also thought it was cork on the cover. It looks like cork, but is just a plastic front and back. Overall love the book, but disappointed it is damaged some.

I thought it was what doctors had already experienced. It was for doctors to write in. Not at all what I had expected. Sent it back.

Bought this for a graduation gift for my sister who finished nursing school-she loved it!! The only negative comment is that the ink on the pages bled over so some of the pages so on some pages the ink is really dark and on others it is so light you can hardly see the lines to write on-I didn’t have time to send back and wait for a new one. Still, was a great buy and something unique!

I purchased this as a gift for our school nurse. She loved it so much. She enjoys writing down all the cute things elementary aged children say when they come to the nurse. She said it will be a great keepsake.

Little bigger than I thought but I love it! Makes a perfect gift.
