Nice product. Comes in a small sturdy plastic pouch that includes an exercise chart and has the strength of each band color coded. Also includes a small flannel pouch so you can just take the one band of strength that you are currently using if you go on a trip. Takes up no more than a folded man's handkerchief so you can keep up with your routine while on a trip. I am very satisfied with this set of bands.

I'm sure there's probably better resistance bands out there but for the price, I'm really pleased. They have a good range of resistance and they seem like they'll last. Also they're cute.

I LOVE these for the gym!! So convenient with the bag it comes in, they're durable I wear them when I squat heavy and they're awesome. I also love how the different colors have different resistance levels with the hearts as well. Super cute and got a lot of compliments on them!

Effective workout on legs. Not so sturdy.

I am so pleased with my new resistance bands, each band shows the grade of elasticity which is extremely helpful when exercising and needing a quick pick. The best past is, as a beginner you have the instruction handbook where it shows all different exercises to try out. The bands are very durable and resistant. Highly recommend this

Pretty great so far I use them at least 4 times a week for upper and lower body, love them!

They work great and are exactly as showing on the picture. It comes with a little travel bag. Good for squats, weighted back and front squats- help to correct body posture.

No entiendo por qué son tan caras las bandas de otras marcas, las comparé con unas finas de una persona del gimnasio y se ven prácticamente iguales en sus acabados, he seguido usando estas bandas durante un año más o menos y no se han aguadado ni roto ni nada, así que sí las recomiendo y son más baratas que otras bandas más finas.A lo mejor las otras son para presumir la marca en el gimnasio, o los colores hacen juego con el outfit o algo así, pero en términos de funcionalidad es lo mismo y han salido muy bien hasta ahora.

Well of course I ADORE the little orange felt bag included with this set of resistance bands (slight bag obsession) which makes this set PERFECT for on the go fitness. I brought this set to the cottage and on a road trip recently and it was so compact making it easy to transport, pack and bring anywhere you go (my reason for purchasing).I have not tried a different size of bands so I am unable to say whether the bigger width and length make a difference but my friend did say it makes a difference and that this was better but again I am unable to compare but I do love the size and have no complaints either way. I love the latex that the bands are made of it's nice and soft against the skin and doesn't cause any friction or rubbing issues at all.I have used the bands in many ways and really liked the fact that there were some exercises and uses included in the booklet and also a training video on the sellers website for reference and also got some great ideas I would have never otherwise considered or thought of.I am going to be trying to see if it makes a difference with sport injuries and physio like exercises in the healing after words and look forward to see the results.All in all I am UBER happy with this purchase and the price range for an on the go fitness regime and would recommend.

The media could not be loaded.  Ive never used Resistance Bands before but a friend recommended them and I was really sceptical at first.... But they are much better then I expected!! I can really feel the resistance working and helping me sculpt and tone my body!!!Check out Lucy Wyndham-Read on YT, she provides workouts with bands and her tutorials are amazing!

Ottimo prodotto per allenare in modo semplice muscolo che nella vita quotidiana non spesso vengono mossi. Il prodotto è in vero latex e lo si può sentire dall’odore del prodotto. Fasce molto riescono ad estendersi anche fino al triplo della loro lunghezza iniziale(60cm circa). Alla consegna arriva ogni fascia (totale di 5) in bustine separate ma poi possono essere messe in un unico sacchetto che viene fornito in dotazione. Insieme arriva anche un metro per misurazioni e un libretto con degli nel caso non si sappia come usarlo. Ottimo prodotto

Estuve buscando estas bandas por muchas partes y había conseguido algo similar, pero este producto está excelente para los ejercicios con ligas, para brazos, abdomen, piernas, glúteo, espalda, funcionan para todo! Sus diferentes tipos de resistencia te ayudan para distintos ejercicios, trae un estuche para guardar las bandas y un manual de sugerencias de uso, excelente calidad y presentación del producto!
