Vintage Fan Parts Still Available
Exact perfect replacement for 39 year old Nutone bathroom fan. Was stunned it was even available and the $49.00 price was unbeliveable for the motor, mounting plate and fan blower. Another source had just the motor alone for $113.00. A 5 minute installation but 30 minutes pre-install required to clean out all the years and years of gunk. Way to go Broan/Nutone!

Great replacement
Perfect. Fit as the replacement for my old nut one fan and motor. Much cheaper and easier than buying and installing a totally new fan and light. Runs well and not noisy. Pretty quiet. Would buy again.

Perfect fit
This fan was a perfect fit for our old bathroom exhaust fan. The fan quit working and finding a new fan with the housing assembly was exactly what we needed. The install time only took a few minutes once the old one was out.Worked like a charm! Only thing was that the price was pretty steep. Some new fixtures costs what the fan did, but you save tons of install time and access
