It actually works!
Unfortunately I have to buy stupid cassette adapters too often. The last two died shortly after purchase due to a short in the wire connecting my phone to the cassette. This cassette is great compared to the other more expensive ones. The wire feels pretty sturdy unlike the ones I bought before. It will take effort for this to short out. The volume on this adapter is good but the sound quality is a little bit muffled. Higher on the bass but lower on the treble. Let’s be honest though, you probably aren’t an audiophile if you are looking for one of these. This one works and will take some effort to break. Worth the $6.

Makes the car cassette player relevant again!
I recently purchased an older (2000) Corvette convertible. It is old enough to have an in-dash cassette player, but no aux connection to the radio. The previous owner suggested a cassette adapter, and I decided to try this brand after reading several reviews of it and a few competitors. It works well, and I plug the 3.5 mm end into an adapter allowing me to connect my iPhone through the lightning port. Very easy to use, and now I can listen to Spotify or my iTunes playlists. Sound quality seems fine, though I can't really tell, as I try to drive with the convertible top down as much as I can. In summary, am very pleased so far with the product. Next task is to find a good phone mount for the car!

Horrible purchase(s)
After 10+ years of great performance, my RCA cassette adapter lost the ability to transmit the right channel sound. After doing some research, I bought the Gezan adapter. The sound was very loud, and unbelievably bad, especially in the mid range and treble on all speakers - right and left, front and back. Imagine playing an album after a clutter of felines had a cat fight on the surface. I tried all speakers through my regular radio and the satellite radio, and all sounded fine. In addition, the left speakers, front and back, still sounded fine using the old RCA adapter. Thinking maybe I just got a defective one, I immediately returned the Gezan product and ordered another. It arrived yesterday, and I tested it out. This time it sounded as if only one cat had danced on the album surface. The bass range was reasonably good, but the treble and especially mid range sounds were simply bad (scratchy, and as if a speaker had blown). I again checked the speakers using the satellite radio, and all were fine. I rechecked the left speakers with the RCA cassette, and they were still fine. I don't know what to say other than that this was the worst purchase -- by a wide margin -- of all I've made through Amazon, and I've made a lot. I'll be returning this second cassette as well and looking to buy another brand. If I could give the product zero or negative stars, I would.

Phone volume
The cassette worked just as intended and gave very solid sound, the only issue I could really find is that if you turn up the volume on the phone and not the car the audio gets much more grainy and staticy. I have also noticed it boosts the bass up A LOT and is quite unbearable. Ive noticed however if you keep the phone volume low and the car volume higher it seems to mostly negate this effect. overall, for the price of the product very solid, the quality issue so far is the only issue I have found but again with the price I can't say I am very surprised .

Excellent Sound Quality
This works perfectly in my '05 LS430 cassette player and the sound quality using my iPhone with a dongle adaptor is really great. Beats the cost and risk of having someone open the dash to wire a connection to my Mark Levinson stereo. If you have an older car and don't want invasive work done or don't want to throw the money at it, this is an excellent option in my opinion. It's too soon to comment on durability but, given the minimal cost, it's not that big a deal. If I get a year of use out of it I'll be more than willing to replace it with the same thing from the same seller.

slighty disappointed
It works perfectly fine and the sound is clear for the most part. The only thing is there is a noticeable static noise while not playing any music and it's almost non-existant when you play music but for the price you pay it's pretty much perfect.edit:it sadly stopped working and I have to lower my score, I thought it would last with the slight flaw but I was wrong

Fixed up and works perfect
At first i had some issues. For some reason it kept ejecting and wouldn’t play but i opened it up and removed the one gear that kept making it eject. Then i wondered why the sound was so low til i realized i was playing it upside down LOL. But after i got it all fixed up it has been awesome. Great thing to have for an older car with no aux or Bluetooth. Very loud and has good sound and good price. Would definitely recommend this product.

Best item for your money!
This is an excellent product, I myself read all of the 1 star reviews before deciding to make my own decision and purchase this cassette adapter. It's very easy to use just like the 3 others I had before this one. The cord though on this is better but i will be making my own improvements to it to increase its longevity. The aux cord is 3 feet in case anyone wanted to know because length is also nice to know when purchasing casette adapters and when you have a friend who wants to plug up in the back of your car. Sound quality is excellent to, 10/10 would reccomend. Best one I've had yet
