On time delivery and as advertised. The shape is nice for around the neck and shoulders.I was a bit confused and surprised that the manufacturer limits the amount of times you can microwave it. I like a lot of hear and that doesnt work.Not as good as the natural rice options but doesn't smell like some of the natural rice options.I wonder about airplane travel. Not a liquid so should be ok.

I borrowed my neighbors like this and knew I couldn't live without one of my own. I found this and hoped it was the same. The news, well sorta. It heats up well but I don't think it stays hot as long. The fabric is like a thick gauze which is kinda wierd. I put some lavendar oil drops on it to make it smell better. I was hoping it would have weight to it and sink into my curves and shape to my body like the one I was borrowing...but no.I'm going to keep it but I'm still hunting for one that is as nicely-made as the one I borrowed, which was found at a physical therapy office.

I have chronic neck and shoulder pain from a head on car collision more than 20 years ago. Each morning I have to apply heat to my neck to loosen the muscles so I can function throughout the day. I ordered several heating pads from Amazon and returned them all until I ordered the TheraBeads Microwavable heating pad. I have a large pad by the same company and it has lasted more than 10 years and still heats up like a charm. I have been using my new TheraBeads heating pad for neck pain relieve multiple times per day and am extremely pleased!

This pack was not only useless, but it spouted a hole in it the third time I put it in the microwave. The tiny beads, whatever they are, flew all over my counter. The hole had a burn mark around it. I had a microwavable heat pack filled with rice for many years and it was wonderful until the cover finally got holes in it and I had to throw it out. I would NOT recommend this product but would look for one with a soft material filled with rice.

This pack replaced one I'd had for many years and is a valuable tool for relief of sore/tight muscles. The therabeads release moist heat right from the microwave. While some reviewers have said they felt they needed to wait at least 2 hours for the beads to reabsorb moisture, I'll admit I have popped it right back in the microwave when it's cooled and gotten good results. I'd recommend this pack for neck use and any of the Therabeads products to deliver moist heat where you need it. I prefer these to the "rice" pack alternatives for consistent performance. Don't think twice, order yours and start enjoying the benefits. You'll wonder why you waited!

great product bought two so i don't have to wait the recommended two hours when i need warm dry relief quick, however i am purchasing two new ones today because of my error and passing off what i have learned. maybe because they were so old but twice while placing then in the microwave the two sides touched and burned a hole onto itself. what a mess. it only burns one section so if desperate you could still use it but in my case two sections had a hole. Still a great product would recommend you make a nice thin cotton cover for it so when you use it over the years it still looks great!! enjoy and i hope this helps
