I an hear the difference.I have sold hi end equipment for 40 years, and confirm monster cable 15 AWG platinum is one of the best sounding wires on the market, I use cardas, audio quest and many others, it is one of the only wire that stops the magnetic gravity wave that cause all kinds of sound issues and they hold the patent, this is done by packing the core of the wire with a non magnetic cord. this creates a lush and almost zero treble fatigue experience, in the show room we "Pushed Detail" problem is to get detail over load you have to blow the treble to absurd levels and loose bass.music is supposed to heal you not make you nervous from screeching treble, some of the best songs in the world have awful detail, like all along the watchtower by Hendrix, I have seen musicians complain about what hi end does to the mixed harmony of music on a over bright system, upper mid Fi is your best bet, as well many audiophiles have hearing issues that it would kill them to face, you want a lush warm and detailed sound, this wire is great for that, the 12 awg I don't like the sound of to mushed up, but the Navajo White xp OFC mk11 is very warm, but detailed, it is no longer made I believe so buy it up,LISTENING FATIGUE IS FOR WEIRDOS WHO MISTAKE DETAIL FOR TONE.

This speaker wire functions as designed. The color had yellowed, probably due to its time on the shelf. Further, the reel had a huge chunk broken out of it. I kept the wire, and am using it, despite the problems.

I have a middle of the road audiophile system (Rotel receiver). I spent $200 on my front speaker wire. I needed cable to run to my surround speakers - but I didn't want to spend too much. I did a lot of research and looked at a number of reviews (on Amazon, Best Buy, etc.). I am very pleased to have settled on this speaker wire. It is a sufficient gauge to run about 50 feet without loss of music quality. Frankly, I have not been impressed with many Monster products, but this one is quite excellent for the price.

Read: cream. Not off-white... Cream. There's some yellow in there for sure. Looks kinda like an old dirty, yellowed cable (that was once white) on my off-white wall. Bummer.

I had a slight issue with delivery that turned out to be my fault. I reached out to the seller and had a response in about an hour. They were more than ready to address my concerns and resolved the issue very quickly. Excellent product delivered as described

These are perfect for my 5.1 surround sound. I have the Denon AVR-1613 with Boston Acoustics all the way around. This combination with the Monster speaker cable sounds INSANE.About the speaker wire itself, it works great with banana plugs, it's flexible so it fits in wire channel just fine. Sound and functionality are the key components for this purchase and this Monster product delivers.

I would have given this the full five stars -- and the seller deserves them for the prompt delivery and customer service (they sent some contact info if I needed it). But the color... I was thinking it would be more on the white side... but, its more on the sandy color side. Other than that, its a great product... heavy and solid feeling

It probably won't sound any better than any other 16-gauge cable, but it doesn't curl up. It lies flat. Plus it also blends in well with light carpets.Note: For audiophiles, you need 16-gauge cable. You might get by with 18-gauge for shorts runs, but definitely don't go with higher and thus thinner gauges. Higher gauge is thinner.
