YOU MUST READ THIS BEFORE YOU PURCHASE!Okay, lets start with the good; camera is good to monitor but you get a lag between the door bell ringing (on your phone) and pulling up the video. Live is good if you're sitting around just watching it. Now, here is my experience with this product. 1st install was a slight hassle. The contacts on the back were not making good contact. I fixed that issue. If you want to use your house bell as well, forget it. This will not work with you house bell if using existing power. Then, if you want to use your existing power, make sure it's at least 16 vac. If not, this product will not work on lower voltage. I had to go purchase a new transformer. Next, you have to down load a app to access the camera and your phone becomes your bell. Motion sensitivity is tricky. on low, it may-may not pick up someone. On mid range, they're at the door already. On high, everything triggers it and you'll get notifications galore. Sound is low and my intercom did not work. I could hear them but they could not hear me. I've tried everything in the book and it was a NO GO. The door bell was a hit and miss. I would get a knock on the door. The visitor said they rang the bell several times. I verified this by randomly pushing the bell button. In a two day test, the bell (on my phone) rang 5 out of 15 tries. I called tech support and they're solution...they sent me another one...OH BOY! READ ON. I thought, good I'll get it going. Well, 2ND INSTALL... it did not work! I ordered batteries this time because I like having my house door bell as well. put the batteries in(15.00) and no light to configure the internet. Okay, no problem, I then hooked it up with the current bell power that I knew worked. Nope, did not work . I then put the 1st one on the base plate of the second one thinking maybe the base plate is bad. The 1st one came on right away but of course the 1st one's intercom did not work. I'm not going to call tech support because I have enough sense of how this works and not to go for strike three. So, to make a long story end, I have no confidence in this product so I trashed them and paid a substantial more for another product (not from NexTrend). The other product I got works with your house bell and I had no issues since. Especially since I went through this, I knew what to look for in a video door bell. So pay a little more and read the fine print or you'll probably end up writing a review like mine.

It worked really great and the app was good, but after about 6 months it just stopped working

It works good - the images are great - lots of lighting options for adjustment. Instructions kind of suck but if you're okay with technical stuff you will figure it out. Pretty good deal for what it is. The whole family gets notices and can answer the front door when not at home. No issues with IOS or android. FYI batteries not included- thus the price...The battery cost was $42 in Canada. So budget for that. Still recommend it.

Chinese made garbage..don't have waste your money..get a Ring. Need to buy additional speciality batteries for it. They are not included. Configuration would not setup..kept telling me setup failed after multiple attempts and resets.. finally after several days and numerous attempts and trying every thing possible to get it to connect I threw it in the trash!

Worked great for 4 months and now, even with full batteries, it doesn’t turn on. Even the reset button doesn’t help it. I would really like a refund and exchange on this. My doorbell is not even in the elements.
