Butterfly Pea Flower Tea Clitoria ternatea, blue butterfly pea flower dried Herb Tea 100 grams

I use this in baked goods to add to the liquid going into the recipe. It doesn't impart any flavor that way, and the color is just great. Stops your blueberry cakes from turning green if you're using fresh blueberries. As a tea, it's very lightly floral, a little tiny tinge of sour. Lemon or lime in it is great, so it the color show!

Great product! We purchased this for making " magic lemonade" at a birthday party. Great high-quality product, direct from its growing source in Thailand, & picked/processed/shipped by a small family operation. As the description indicates, since it is traveling so far (and when our package arrived you could see that it also had to clear customs) it does take some time to arrive, so ordering a ways ahead of the time is key, but if you have the time it's worth the wait!

Awsome tea! Such a beautiful color (blue) and if you add lemon (purple). Has no flavor so i suggest adding honey and lemon. More of a bland tea on its own but still lovely! Non caffeinated i believe
