My husband takes the R & R because he suffers from night leg cramps that last 15 to 20 minutes. They are very painful and I cannot imagine going through that 5 or 6 times a week. I started taking the Salt Wrap for night time. It was helping with my sleep. I also noticed my back wasn't as tight in the morning. So, I ordered the Salt Wrap non-drowsey. The only real proof it's helping is I've had to get back injections every 4 months for back and nerve pain. Since taking Salt Wrap at night and during the day, I'm not yet ready for an injection and it's been 4 months. I'm hoping Salt Wrap can help postpone my injections.

I have had constant hip and leg pain for a few months now and I use the other product this company makes for nights. Since it has helped me rest I thought I'd try this one for the pain I have during the day. Some days I felt it helped a little but couldn't really tell any difference most days. Had been using theraworks and magox for about 3 mos. with improvements. Based on articles about absorbtion, thought I would give these a try. Started using Mag R&R (one at night) and 3D (daytime) a week ago. The difference is that I don't even feel like I am going to get a cramp as opposed to just staving them off. I have noticed an increase in dreams with the R&R, even with a reduced dose. So, my early results are positive and will update in a month or so. Update: product is working - I will note that I am only using 1 per night. I seem to have had a headache when using 2... and also I definitely believe the product affects dreams - not having nightmares, just seem like more dreams.

Just received these today. When I opened the container, the entire inside of bottle was coated with yellow powder as well as all the capsules.. I'm assuming that the cotton in the bottle was to avoid capsules from being shaken open and contents spilling out. It didn't work. It's impossible to get any capsules into my hand without a handful of yellow turmeric powder as well. No relief of muscle cramps after taking capsules for several days. 😫 Very disappointing!
