Needs little patience to insert the steel wires in the plastic base. But works well & pigeons keep away

Product has to be assembled.
The product supplied is not as shown in the picture. It is supplied separately, you would have to assemble it by putting each spike through the plastic base. This is a very delicate process. a few of the base pieces broke during assembling. Not recommended unless you have the patience to assemble it.
