Hermoso libro para aprender, la pasta dura bien, los filos un poco aplastados. Pero sin daño en en su interior.

I bought this book for 10-year-old son, and he has been fascinated with photos and creativity of the book. The book is very detailed, in color and realistic book, the lettering, the illustrations the information. Richard walker put every part of human body layer-by-layer in this eye-popping Victorian-inspired pop-up book. Looking through this book, I was looking at every body part from different dimension. My son enjoyed peeling the flaps back to reveal the inner workings of the human body, from bone and muscle to the brain, eyes, heart, lungs and everything in-between. Very well done by the author, it was creative work.

I thought I’d be disappointed as the number of pages is lower than I’d hoped for the price, BUT- each page is extremely intricate with layers of moving parts. Enough science to be interesting, but concise and fun enough to not be boring. Page layouts are entertaining and surprising as you discover more and more flaps to lift, revealing more anatomy. I was surprised that my book is definitely blue, and not black as pictured. Tempted to give 4 stars because of this, but it’s just such a cool book.

Nothing I dislike about this book. Think it's fantastic for kids and adults.

I cannot say enough about this book! The pop ups on each page are truly remarkable; highly detailed, interactive, easy to use. The book itself is very informative and we had a great time reading it with our 8 year old. She loved it so much she took it to school to show her class. This is not a toddler's type pop up book, so I wouldn't purchase it for a very young child. Age 6 and up seem appropriate. It did take the seller a little while to get to us (more than 2 weeks) but it was worth the wait. Highly recommend!

Well made, but I was a little disappointed in the amount of pop up pictures.

My grandson loved the book however, it may be for younger people. He is 14 and stated that it's quick, I couldn't determine from it's description whom it may be geared towards so I purchased anyway. Not necessarily for bigger children I'm suspecting.
