Buyer BEWARE
we ship over 100 orders per month for ELKA, never ever rcvd a comment of a shock being scratched, each and every shock is carefully wrapped in bubble wrap from the factory. If you rcvd the shocks damaged you should have contacted us as soon as you rcvd, those marks clearly indicate that you tried to mount the shocks, in fact the bushing had marks also. Message from seller.... Elka is a great product but the seller leaves very little to be desired... The reason I didn't complain about the scratches is very simple. I'm not going to riding on daisy or roses. what I AM COMPLAINING ABOUT is the 600.00 of restocking fee... UNREASONABLE....

not built to rider spec
Elka is a good product but in the produce description it said the shocks would be built to rider spec weight, riding terrain, and bike model. they are going to send a pre built set and you will have to dial it on your own
