Works very well were totally offgrid and it runs the entire house. Including the 1/2 horse power water pump. Our old inverter would chug and kill power on start up of the pump. This one just runs it no problem. Can't even tell the pump started.

The product arrived and had some damage.It seems that the internal parts were not attached properly to the body of the inverter and we're banging around during shipping.The case is twisted and a wire inside can be seen to be damaged.Amazon service is absolutely unusable but to write a review here.It offers technical support but when you give your phone number in it will not accept it.Also no phone number is given where I can call even at my cost.I suspect that the inverter will be okay and I am not bothered by the damage if it is working properly.I just wanted to call and discuss what to do before trying it.Very frustrating unusable service from Amazon.I suspect this product is just great but it just has missed a mounting screw.I want to get on and use it if that is the case. I can have the damaged wire's insulation repaired and we won't need to waste time and money shipping it back for only a minor fault.One other piece of damage was the plastic surround on one of the negative DC input terminals.I have photos of these but they won't upload to Amazon.Amazon needs to be a lot more functional.When it won't accept your phone number and won't give you one you can call at your own cost that is a serious service failure.Very frustrating Amazon.This is the first time I have spent over $1000 on Amazon.I don't know if I can do so again.

After setting the Inverter/charger up I was very pleased with it's performance. Takes a lot to run the fans but the most amazing part is how quiet the machine performs. You won't go wrong with this Inverter/charger.

Not ready to fully test this item yet but what I did right out of the box was to connect itin exactly the same setting as a 15kwinverter that I had disconnected. This unit was unable to start a 700 watt heater that the previousinverter handled easily. If in further testing, I am able to get it to perform as it shouldI will revise my review.
