Very good item. Keeps water hot, the pump is easy to use.

Very impressed by long it keeps the water hot. The boiling water originally poured in was still hot to touch 24 hours later (obviously not hot enough for tea but plenty hot enough to add to the washing up water!).

Bought this due to prevent using too much electric, my husband is a tea addict so kettle is on constantly. He fills it up at 6:30am which lasts me all day (last 2 cuppas are drinkable but not boiling). I refill at 3pm and it lasts us through the evening. Our kettle is 1.8l so plenty more room. Hubby took it on day out and water kept warm for him all day, saved a fortune to buying tea when out! I think it's sturdy buy others who may be a little heavy handed may have concerns about hinge, no problems for us so far. Mother in law wants one for Xmas so will definitely recommend.

I liked I could store both hot and cold liquids in the flask. They did keep their temp very well. The problem is with the pump action. to be effective it needs to be used whilst you stand over it and , perhaps it is my particular one, it is not really as strong a pump action once the flask gets below half full. I found I had to keep topping up the flask before I should have needed to. I also found as did my colleagues, that if you tried to use the flask whilst sitting down it did not work as effectively needing more and more pumps to fill a cup. Not useful when you are in a meeting if you have to stand up to pump the flask when someone else is stood up talking. A most disappointing buy.
