I was a bit nervous at first because there are a lot of these types of products on the market.... Im glad I decided to try it out because it definitely works! I have seen a different in the amount of sweat because I seem to set everywhere BUT my belly. So this top adds the extra umph I needed. One flaw is that I think I may need to go up a size because I do not like how my top was rising when I lifted my arms up over my head. Other than that, I would totally recommend to a friend!

I tried quite a few sauna vest type products before finally spending the extra money to try this one. I should've ordered this first and saved myself the trouble!!! I love the mesh bust and how it's attached to the neoprene parts so that the whole thing stays in place and feels comfortable. I also love the back pocket!! The waist only sweat belts tend to dig/ride up and need constant adjustment, and the straps on most of the open bust vest style ones fit weirdly and/or rubbed painfully. I'm so satisfied with the fit of this tank top, and trust me that's a lot coming from me! So far, I've used it for 2 power yoga type workouts and was able to go bra-less due to the light support that the double mesh front provides (all the other mesh areas are single layer). I'm a 34D so would use a light sports bra under this for my other favorite form of exercise which is hiking. The only way this top could be any better is with the addition of a built-in shelf bra... This top stays in place and has needed zero adjustment. At first it seemed a smidge tight, but became more comfortable as I warmed it up with movement. I have a fairly short torso and am only 5'3", so I really appreciate that this tank is cut at the perfect length, ending right at the top of my hipbones. Most of the ones I tried before were too long and rolled up almost instantaneously. For reference, I'm about 140lbs, curvy, 29" waist, 40" hips and ordered a medium.

I bought this product to help tone up my abs. It does increase sweat like it says but I noticed the torso on the tank is a little short. I didn't want to size up because then the product loses the effectiveness of the fabric being against the skin. Overall, I like the tank though!

Let me be honest - I was a little bit skeptical at first about this. I didn't actually think it would fit the right way even less work.. but I must say for someone who's career is in the fitness industry and lives in workout clothes all day everyday, this tank is AWESOME! Things I love about it - the material, the fit: It's thick but doesn't feel thick at all. Fits like a glove and is super light. Hugs your chest area which is fantastic for someone who usually needs to wear double bras sometimes. It's not overly dramatizing the whole logo and purpose all over it like I've seen some brands do - if I were walking down the street, no one would point out that I'm wearing a "hot shapers" tank because it's styled to look sporty and cool. It's like a best kept secret because you don't feel uncomfortable wearing something that says SWEAT all over it but you know you're getting the best sweat ever during your workout!

This hot tank really does make me sweat more. I love how it fit my body. The only thing I don't like is the smell, it has like a strong smell even after wash.

So comfortable and works as expected. I wear the shirt under another shirt before heading to workout and it sits seamlessly as an undershirt. I love the targeted sweat panels around the abdomen and back- I am drenching by the end of a workout. It has breathable material everywhere else which was my concern initially, I will be ordering a second one so I can wear it every time I work out instead of missing it while waiting for wash day. I cant wait to keep using and see the results!

I absolutely love this tank! I’m not normally a person who sweats, so I didn’t think it would really do much for me, however I was completely wrong, holy buckets of sweat. I’ve only worn it a couple times, however I find myself excited for it to be washed so I can wear it. I love the mesh material in the back to help with a little airflow since it’s made to make you sweat. If you are looking for that extra sweat factor look no more!

It was too tight on the breast. I couldn't breathe.

Bought the band and the top - I like the band better as I can put it under a t-shirt. This tank seems to run up, it’s not adjusted or tight so it looks like I have a couple of belly rolls.
