OK, I just started taking it so I cannot post how it improved my cholesterol, but I have high hopes because my cholesterol level has been in the low to mid 200s for the past 10 years. What I can say is that I'm not a big pill taker and I do don't do well with large pills or capsules and these are easy to take. I've had no side effects since I've been taking them. And I have a friend of mine who told me, her friend said that it has improved her cholesterol level.

Hi I received my Bergamot July 14, took as suggested AM empty stomach. I purchased it for high cholesterol, also was interested in the many more benefits I read about it. I have to say I started feeling the benefits soon after starting this product. No brain fog, more energy, and just a sense of well being.the work I do is mentally demanding, as well very physical. Capsule is easy to swallow. I was looking for a natural method to reduce my overall cholesterol number of 239. LDL (Bad cholesterol) is high also. Doctor is looking to prescribe statins in which I refuse to take at this time due to their side effects. So far I've been taking Bergamot for about 4 weeks and will be checking my cholesterol in a couple of months and will update my review to let you know how well the product is working. I will give it 4 stars for now and will update it to 5 stars if the product shows beneficial results when my cholesterol is checked.Okay, great news on my lab results taken in the month of June. After 6 months of using the product my cholesterol dropped 44 points from 239 to 195. My LDL (Bad Cholesterol) dropped 30-40 points into the good range. I am very happy with this product and my doctor was also impressed with the results. I have upped the rating to 5 stars. This seems to be great alternative to taking statins.

It is still a good choice… MORE Time will tell

So far, I have no complaints about the Citrus Bergamot capsules, but I will need to see an improvement in my lab scores to support five stars long term

I bought this product because I need to lower my cholesterol level. After taking the product for a couple of days my acid reflux really flared up, so I stopped taking the citrus bergamot and the acid stopped. Unfortunately this product was not for me and I was able to return it.

I use this product to reduce my bad cholesterol (LDL). So far so good but I do have to add that i think its working best for me because I take it with two capsules of Cholest-Off. This is my way of taking it as I am taking an aggressive stance to lower my LDL. I was tested and it went down 40 pts. So I feel that taking both products works best for me, one product takes on the dietary and Citrus Bergamot prevents my liver from making too much cholesterol. This is custom for me but I really feel that it would work for others. I can not take statins due to terrible reaction to them and I know that many other people can't take them either.I will be purchasing your product again.

I bought this product in late December and began taking it to lower my cholesterol after receiving a very high lipid count in November. In one month after taking 2 a day, one in the a.m. and one before bed my cholesterol has come down by 25 points and hdl improved as well. I accidentally bought a different brand to continue and after I realized it I rebought this brand. I hope to get retested in another 2 months to see newer results.
