I take two a day at least five times a week. It says three but at least two is getting in me and I’m happy with it and noticed the difference. I definitely noticed when I stopped taking it. I promise you give it some regular time at least 4 to 7 days a week and you’re good Depending on your need take all three every day or take one three times a day improves. I want everyone to know, I hope this helps some folks. About three months ago my hair just started falling out, I am a 60 yr old woman and of Latin origin. I had tons of hair, I mean tons. My shower drain was clogged 4 times and I was trying to catch my hair before it went down the drain! I was never able to see my scalp till three months ago. I was a wreck. Doctors couldn't help, although I went through a series of tests without putting me on a Rogaine type remedy. No, as desperate as I was I wasn't going to go there.
