I’m glad it’s helping so many others but for 3 weeks now it’s given me nothing but horrible nightmares!! I mean the kind that last all night & you wake up sweating & heart pounding. Also have been waking up really nauseous. I kept thinking it would get better but I can’t do it anymore. I haven’t started anything else new, so I’m returning. I’ve taken other magnesium glycinate supplements that were vegan & no fillers... etc like this one claims & had no issues. Maybe it’s just me but I wanted to share my experience.

Wow these are quality and you get around 200 mg per pill. I’ve learned that not all magnesium is the same. So I make sure to read the ingredients and labels. I wanted true Magnesium Glycinate because I’ve read it is the best one to take. I saw lots of other products out there marketed as glycinate and they had oxide or citrate which are not the best. I take it to relax and help sleep while my husband takes it for muscle cramping and it works well for the both of us. I highly recommend this product !

With this magnesium supplement, I'm definitely feeling the results. I used to deal with headaches all the time, but after having taken this supplement for about 2 weeks, I'm definitely feeling better, with fewer headaches. Great price too!

I've been having leg cramps more than usual lately. I've used Magnesium before but not this brand or type. It kept the charley-horses away starting night #2. That's great as far as I'm concerned.

Did not see that it has silicon dioxide till I received the bottle. Also, capsule size is huge to me, have to find smaller mag.

don't understand sleep quality question, not why I buy these

I have been using this for 4 months now, I can definitely tell a difference. My muscles don't cramp up like they used to and I am sleeping better.
