I am a size 13.5 wide. Look around. I dare you. You will find that these are very, very hard to come by. Size 14, though, is just about there, a bit long, a bit loose on me, but with added insoles, a nice, neat fit.These boots are nice. Moreover, for a steampunk maniac like me, they're easily customized. I often have had to pry parts out of my boots in the past, but the simple, round holes on these made them much easier for me to add my own adjustments to, and because of how they're made, I had no issues with things being too close together or what not. Nothing is rubbing against my heel, nothing is hurting my toes, these are solid, good boots, that of course I had to add some pizzazz to. Being able to zipper them up and down and not having to unlace them every time is also really, really nice given the setup I have here. I hope to get them again in the future; my last set of boots was from this company also, and sadly discontinued, but these I can totally get behind.Just take a look!

The media could not be loaded. Absolutely love these. Previously thought my Merrell Tactical Boots were the comfiest boots I’ve worn but after breaking these ones in, it comes close. Only real complaint is they take a few days to break in and start to form to your calf/heel. Felt really stiff for a little bit and had to tough it out for a couple days and walk 20,000ish steps before they started to mold to my feet and calf.If you need a polishable boot for a job requirement, you can see how quick these take a shine. This was first application on them right out of box and they are pristine. 3 weeks into my job where I am on my feet daily, they have kept their shine with minimal effort (once a week shine for 15 mins per boot) and I have no soreness in my feet or heels from discomfort.10/10 recommended for serious workers who need a quality boot for either looking good, working hard, or both.Slip resistance is decent, enough to keep your footing in a slippery area easily. Don’t go sprinting through things though.

Wearing uniform boots for almost 20 years, I've tried more than a few. Uniform requirements don't require it, but the capped toe look is unofficially the standard; the comparable Rocky boots are good, but very heavy for foot patrol or static posts. Not a lot of other quality brand options. Tried these as they were much cheaper than those boots, and they are impressive. They are lighter, and polish up to near Clarino level - no need for leatherluster, etc. as the leather is very high quality. If you know how to prep boots properly you can make these nearly perfect. The accordion style padding at the top of the back is very comfortable, great design feature. Boot breaks in and flexes where it's supposed to, sole is high quality, size runs true (I went one half size up as some boots I need to, but these as well as Rocky seem to run true to size - these are good with thick socks for me) Overall very high quality boot.Only issue I have with the boot is the side zip system. For one, I see no need for it - it's another failure point, and I'm tired of this being 'standard' - it drives up cost. I'm a 11.5 wide, and have no problem with removing boots without them. Particular to this boot, there isn't enough padding/shielding between the zipper and the interior of the boot - it rubs my ankle bone raw after about 4-5 hours in them. Thicker socks might help, as noted I went 1/2 size too large, but inspecting the inside there is only a thin piece of suede between the inner booty and the zipper. Again, the capped toe and all other aspects are great, if you wear thick socks these will be good.
