Works great

Had these on hand in case i got a cold sore which i very rarely get and sure enough i had used a face peel pad with glycolic acid and the next day started getting that prickly feeling and a slight bump.These can bring on a out break i hear....Started taking 3 500mg 2 x a day for a total of 3,000 mg..The sore did open but healed within a few days and never got huge like in the past. Another great thing i noticed after taking a couple weeks my facial skin looks better,more even coloring and a bit plumper...I read they help with collagen production so i am continuing to take 3,000 mg daily on a empty stomach..At 69 yrs i can use all the help i can get!Now puts out quality supplements and i take several of theirs..One of the few company's i trust.

Not my favorite L-Lysine product. These things are HUGE, and more often than not, I throw them away because I can't even swallow them. I like the 500mg ones better...MUCH easier to swallow and I just gulp down 2 of them each day. Rating it a 4 because there's nothing wrong with the supplement itself; it works great...if you can swallow it. :)

My wife and mother both used to get cold sores a couple times a year. I started buying this years ago and neither has had any since.

It will clean you out but not in a bad way. Kinda makes you feel not as bloated.

Pleased with this product used in conjunction with vitamin C for collagen building. The capsules are quite large, but if you swish them in liquid in your mouth first, making the gelcap slippery, they slide right down. Priced well; good value.
