Decent product
Its always a sweet taste. After my mum recommended, my husband used it and thinks it makes a difference, for me not so much, but I was not consistent. So if you have painful knee it worth a try

For injuries, sports, and from older age onwards, it’s practically essential.

Packaging
Items were fine and as expected but the boxes they were in were pretty banged up. Havent started taking so i hope contents of each dose is secure.
