I cannot tolerate Statins so I've been searching for a Red Yeast Rice that works to lower cholesterol. I have gone thru at least a half dozen brands and none of them have worked until this one. Lowered my overall cholesterol from 197 to 146, raised my HDL and lowered my LDL to be within normal range when both were out of range before using this product. Although the brand is more expensive than most of the others it is the only Red Yeast Rice that has worked for me.

I love this brand of supplements. It was recommended to me by my primary care doctor / naturopath. I originally started taking this brand’s Ferrasorb (iron supplement) to boost my iron and after 3 months and a new blood test my iron count is back on track. I started taking the Chloeast-900 about 3 months ago. I take 2 in the morning and 2 at night along with Jarrow Formula’s Q-Absorb mid day per recommendation of my doctor to lower my cholesterol. They are easy to swallow and have clean ingredients. I have yet to take my new blood test yet, but I am feeling pretty hopeful since high cholesterol runs in my family. I will update this review when I get the results back. It is a bit pricey to keep up with; however, it is great quality with high quality ingredients and a trusted brand. It also beats going on a pharmaceutical.

Last year, my cholesterol went above the normal level. I tried this supplement and it lowered my levels to where I don't need to take prescription meds. I've been taking it for 9 months now and so far so good.

For the first time ever, my cholesterol numbers were where they needed to be! I’ve been using this product for a couple of months & am excited to see results this soon. I have also adjusted my diet (as best I can). But I do attribute the lower numbers to adding this supplement.

Husband hasn't had any issues taking these. Hoping they work to replace a statin.
