Best I've found
I put these in my work boots. Warehouse work. Put a lot of miles on these in a week. They're the best insoles I've found. I've tried a bunch of different insoles. These are the most comfortable. Like memory foam pillows. Super soft!

Georgia Boot Unisex Accessory
These insoles are fairly thick. The feel closer to gel inserts, but with foam. I installed them in a pair of leather hiking-style Magnum boots. They are extremely comfortable. They fit a size 10 standard (not wide) perfectly.
